— THE ENGINE —
There are many options to power your classic speed boat which can range from restored vintage engines through new power packages or customized race engines. The engine displayed is a Graymarine Buick V8 Fireball (aka Rover 3.5) with a 1:1 Velvet Drive. The engine has been overhauled and new pistons, distribution cover, water pump and electronic ignition has been fitted. This engine should have around 150 hp is about 200kg lighter than typical Mercruiser V6 or V8.
